This is an exciting time in a student's life; make the most of it by supporting them in preparing for their adult life!

In collaboration with Special Education Teachers and WorkAbility staff, Project TEAMS utilizes TAKE CHARGE and TAKE CHARGE FOR THE FUTURE , a curriculum developed by Oregon Institute on Disability and Development, Oregon Health and Science University Center on Self-Determination for middle and high school classrooms.

The aim of TAKE CHARGE is to provide opportunities where students are learning to take more control of their lives, increasing their self-direction, independence and self-determination. This goal is built on the fundamental philosophy that all students regardless of challenges, desire to become independent, productive members of the community.

California Department of Developmental Services

Jump$tart Coaltion
The Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy seeks to improve the personal financial literacy of young adults. On-Campus Outreach
The purpose of On-Campus Outreach (OCO) is to provide information and support to programs and personnel that provide services to public school students ages 18-21 with significant disabilities in post-secondary settings such as colleges, universities, or other community locations.

Person Centered Planning Education Site

Section 504
