Interagency Committee on Disability Research (ICDR) The Interagency Committee on Disability Research (ICDR), authorized by the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, is mandated "to promote coordination and cooperation among Federal departments and agencies conducting rehabilitation research programs." National Dropout Prevention Center for Students with Disabilities (NDPC-SD) The National Dropout Prevention Center for Students with Disabilities (NDPC-SD) supports the national implementation of provisions of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act to provide successful school outcomes for students with disabilities. NDPC-SD supports states in assisting local education agencies to increase school completion rates and decrease dropout rates among students with disabilities.
National Early Childhood TA Center The National Early Childhood Technical Assistance Center supports the implementation of the early childhood provisions of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Our mission is to strengthen service systems to ensure that children with disabilities (birth through five) and their families receive and benefit from high quality, culturally appropriate, and family-centered supports and services.

National Longitudinal Transition Study

The National Longitudinal Transition Study is funded by the U. S. Department of Education to document the experiences of a national sample of students who were 13-16 years of age in 2000 as they move from secondary school into adult roles. Almost 6,000 parents and guardians and almost 3,000 youth interviews took place.

National Technical Assistance and Dissemination Center (NSTTAC)

NSTTAC is a national Technical Assistance and Dissemination center funded from January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2010 by the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Special Education Programs.
